Join us on a 10 day drumming, dance and yoga retreat to The Gambia, West Africa.

We will be immersing ourselves in local rythym, food and dance.

Staying at a beach side location, waking up to yoga each day - it is the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in West African culture.

Sainey Camera will be leading the djembe classes, supported by local artists.

Nati Asare of Sunshine Life yoga will be taking us through our daily yoga practice. 

Jally Allasana Kanten will be performing kora with his live band.

We will have a number of evening activities including performances from live bands, drumming on the beach and trips into town
